ENGINES and SPARES

We have always emphasize the fact that CJ-6 engines are readily available at modest prices. Well, this is changing and the price of spare engines has increased over the last year or so. We aim to always have zero time-overhauled engines and either new or overhauled props available ex-stock and to meet this aim we order two engines at a time. These engines are complete with magnetos, oil and pumps, air compressor, prop governor, generator and carby but less exhausts for A$25,000 plus GST ex Moruya with no requirement to trade a used eninge core. We have stocks of NEW two-bladed JG-91 props available at A$8,500 ex Moruya plus GST.

In addition we have available ex stock Moruya:

• NEW propeller blades
• OVERHAULED propeller with 800 Hrs TBO
• Stainless steel exhausts
• NEW canopy glasses and windscreens
• Oil and fuel pumps, wheels and brake drums
• NEW G-meters and canopy covers
• Fuel andoil tanks, undercarriage legs, O/H gyros, plugs, tyres, tubes, brake blocks and a range of instruments, some new, some overhauled.

For some time now, Lampa's reassembly and certification operations have been centred at PM Aviation at Moruya Airport on the South Coast of NSW. Phil Mahlberg has developed an enviable reputation for his knowledge of and hands on skill with the CJ-6.

Lampa has taken the opportunity with its own hangar on Moruya Airport to consolidate its operations.

Since 1 March 2009, the bulk of our spares holdings have been at Moruya, where Lampa Moruya is the contact for spare parts.
